Noel D’Avy, LAC will be hosting 4-week art therapy groups for pre-teens, teens, adults! Group will meet once per week for a total of 4 weeks. Participants will get to experience art therapy as a tool to express emotions and will learn how art therapy can help with anxiety, negative thoughts, depression.

Details: Thursdays from 6-8pm (4 weeks)  

   Session 1:  June 6th-27th

   Session 2:  July 18th – Aug 8th

Goals:

• Find ways you enjoy using art to express yourself

• Find creative ways to use art at home to improve self-care.

• Learn tools specific to anxiety/negative thoughts/depression.
